Queen Latifah practiced eating in moderation, followed a strict workout routine regularly, and the results – 20lbs gone! This is quite a transformation!To achieve the same, she changed her diet to one with lots of protein, which included lean meat along with fruits and veggies. Take note, folks!
The gorgeous singer-songwriter decided to lose those pounds not just to look good but to feel great as well. Latifah’s intentions were wholesome, and all that hard work was worth it. We want to see or rather hear more of her incredible voice, and we certainly hope she’ll continue to entertain us for years to come.
