The ‘30 Rock’ host, Alec Baldwin, shocked the audience when he dropped his pants on ‘The Tonight Show by Jimmy Fallon’. Why? Well, let’s say he had enough reason to celebrate!
The actor dropped a whopping 30 pounds in just four months! No wonder he wanted to flaunt the loss. His pre-diabetic diagnosis made him realize the importance of lifestyle changes before it’s too late. Adopting a more plant-based diet and kicking sugar off the plate has got Baldwin these fantastic results. Alec also reveals that he’s into pilates and spinning since he’s determined to stay on track and lay off the insulin. Kudos to his commitment to stay healthy!
