Lauren Alaina – 25 Pound, Eating Disorder
The runner-up of American Idol – Season 10, Lauren Alaina dropped 25 pounds in just five months. She lost all this weight through months of rehearsals and performances on the 28th season of Dancing with the Stars.
Alaina was struggling with bulimia for a few years when she got into American Idol. She remembers how her vocal cords were damaged from throwing up every time. Once it hit her, Alaina decided to turn her life around. Now, she has adopted a new eating habit, which includes a high-protein and low-carbohydrate diet. Other than that, Lauren works out regularly.
