Shannon Beador – 40 Pounds, To Change Her Life
‘The Real Housewives of Orange Country’ star, Shannon Beador, gained weight after undergoing one of the most robust trials of her life. The TV personality battled depression plus extra pounds for many months before she finally thought she had mourned long enough.
Thanks to the urge of changing her life for better, the mother of three managed to shed a whopping 40lbs! Shannon did so by eating mostly healthy, plus a few workout sessions. Different things work for different people – we never know unless we try. Determination is all that matters, huh?
