The youngest of Kardashian sisters, Khloe, barely paid attention to her weight and body. She was always chubby as a kid and never realized that she needed to make amendments to her lifestyle. However, Khloe’s personal life took a turbulent turn after her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, cheated on her while she was expecting his baby.
This episode encouraged her to change her lifestyle. After the birth of her daughter, True, Khloe made sure to get fit and lost 60 pounds. She incorporated cardio and strength training into her daily routine other than eating healthy. Even during the pandemic, Khloe strived to maintain her weight by exercising religiously.
