America Ferrera made her Hollywood debut with ‘Real Women Have Curves’. Ironically she had to face criticism for her beautiful curves after coming into the spotlight with a movie that tackled the same issue. She pushed her body to the extremes while shedding almost 30 pounds by training for a triathlon, only to rise above the scrutiny directed at her.
The A-lister is now an advocate for body positivity and swears by being herself unapologetically. America believes being mindful of what she consumes rather than being obsessed with weight scales is the healthiest way to cope with weight regulation, and we can’t agree more!
