HARRY BELAFONTE – 94 YEARS

Harry Belafonte is one of the most popular Jamaican- American pop stars ever and got his breakthrough album titled “Calypso” in the year 1956. In his musical career, he has recorded and tried various genres like mento, pop, folk-world, etc. Harry is a recipient of three Grammy awards and also a lifetime achievement award.

His talent is not just limited to singing; the musician is also an actor and a social activist. Belafonte starred in his first film role in the year 1953 with the film “Bright Road.” Later, he was flooded with film offers, and he signed most of them.

Tony Bennett – Age 94

A renowned American singer, Tony became a favorite of the audience after releasing his Because of You in 1951, his first hit single. His singing wooed younger audiences, and he later collaborated with top artists like Lady Gaga, etc., for duets. During his singing career over time, he has released around 70 albums. Along with being a melodious singer, he is also a professional painter and often showcases his artwork on permanent public displays.

Winner of 19 Grammy Awards, National Endowment for the Arts Jazz Masters Award, Kennedy Center Honoree, and several other accolades reflect Tony’s thriving career. He married his current wife, Susan Crow, in 2007.

PHYLICIA RASHAD – 73 YEARS

Someone’s facial color does not measure talent; it is all in hard work and passion. This actress has proved the statement right. Phylicia Rashad is an unforgettable name of the American Film and TV industry. She has appeared in some remarkable television series, movies, and Broadway shows, the best one being Claire in The Cosby Show.

Phylicia is a superwoman who has done and achieved it all. Along with being an exceptional actress, she is also a stage director and singer. In the period of her 40 years long career, she has left her mark. She was appointed as a dean at Howard University Fine Art’s College in May 2021.

SISSY SPACEK – 71 YEARS

Sissy Spacek is a famous singer and actress who grew up on a massive horse ranch in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. She commenced her journey in the field of acting after graduation. Spacek won the prestigious Academy Award for her excellent performance in “Coal Miner’s Daughter.”

Some of her other laurels include winning four New York Film Critics Circle Awards, along with an Oscar nomination for “Carrie.” Spacek was honored with a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Apart from her excellent work in acting, she is also a great singer. She married the American director Mark Fisk whom she fell in love with on the sets of “Badlands.”

LOUISE MANDRELL – 67 YEARS

The country music singer who rocked the music industry in the 70s and 80s with her soulful voice, Louise Mandrell is a popular name in the music industry. She is the younger sister of Barbara Mandrell and the elder sister of Irlene Mandrell. Louise has delivered several hits such as “Everlasting Love,” “Save Me,” “Too Hot To Sleep,” which are amongst her best.

Besides singing, she has also been actively involved in theatre performances and writing. After she disassociated with RCA Records, she returned to the world of theatre, appeared in numerous plays, and tried different musical genres like jazz and big band.

ANSON WILLIAMS – 72 YEARS

Anson Williams is a singer, actor and director born in California, United States. He is best remembered for his performance as a well-intentioned singer Warren Potsie Weber on the TV series Happy Days. He received nominations for the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor for the same role. However, from the early 1990s, he received prominence directing television programs such as Melrose Place, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and more.

Anson has been married twice and has a daughter named Hannah Lily, who he has done his best to keep away from the public eye. At the age of 72, he is almost unrecognisable but is in good shape.

MAUREEN MCCORMICK – AGE 65 Years

Maureen Denise McCormick, aka Maureen Mccormick, is a prominent American actress, singer, and author whose most notable character was Marcia Brady in The Brady Bunch sitcom. A passionate lady who started following her dreams as a little girl, she won tons of beauty pageants as a kid, which led her way to becoming an actress.

She has been part of reality shows like Celebrity Fit Club, Gone Country, and ‘I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here. Maureen did not limit herself to acting and released four studio albums and a solo album titled When You Get a Little Lonely. Currently, she is hosting the show Frozen In Time.

ANDREW RIDGELEY – 58 YEARS

Andrew Ridgeley is a famous singer, record producer, and songwriter known for co-founding the successful pop band, Wham!. He was associated with George Michael during a large span of his career. They came together in 1981 to serve their fans with some brilliant work which led to them selling over 25 million copies of albums worldwide. After 6 years of the fantastic duo, they parted ways.

Andrew is a rich man now and has amassed a net worth of $40 million. There were rumors of a rekindled romance with his ex Keren Woodward in 2019. He is often seen doing some charity work for the needy.

KEREN WOODWARD – 60 YEARS

Keren Jane Woodward, also known as Keren J. Woodward, is an English pop singer and songwriter who was a member of the British girl group Bananarama with Siobhan Fahey and Sara Dallin. She is a well-trained pianist who has performed in amateur dramatics and sang in choirs. She co-wrote many classic tracks with her bandmates, including Cruel Summer and Venus.

Keren began dating Wham Singer Andrew Ridgeley in 1990. The couple resided in a 15th-century converted barn in Wadebridge, Cornwall. In November 2017, they supposedly called it quits and got back together in December 2019. However, in 2020, Keren claimed they had parted ways seven years ago.

SHIRLIE KEMP – 59 YEARS

Shirlie Kemp is a pop singer from the 1980s who rose to prominence as part of Wham and Pepsi & Shirlie. She was born in 1962 and is now 59 years old. Shirlie was the fourth of five children to Arthur and Margaret. She married singer and bassist Martin Kemp of Spandau Ballet.

The pop star has retired from performing since the birth of her daughter. Shirlie met Martin through a mutual friend, George Michael, and the two married in 1988. They are blessed with two children, Harley Moon Kemp and Roman Kemp. In the Spice Girls video for Mama, Shirlie and her daughter Harley are featured in a small role.

ANN-MARGRET – 80 YEARS

Ann-Margret Olsson is a Swedish-American singer, actress, and dancer best known for her astounding performance in Carnal Knowledge. She is a five-time Golden Globe awards winner and has been nominated for two grammy awards and two Oscars. She first became involved in the entertainment industry with her comedic role in the movie Pocketful of Miracles.

Ann started her musical career as a member of the band Suttletones. Her most recent work is the 2017 heist comedy film Going in Style, a remake of the 1979 film. At 80 years old, she continues to take on the world by her feisty nature.

DEBBIE ALLEN – 71 YEARS

Debbie Allen is a refined and multi-talented actress. But apart from that, she is also a dancer, choreographer, singer-songwriter, director, and producer. Allen and Former NBA player Norm Nixon got married and had three beautiful children. But now she teaches young dancers at her Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles.

Her talents and experiences are visible in all her works. She is also an excellent columnist for the “Movement” magazine and has authored the book “Dancing in the Wings paperback.” Without a surprise, Allen has more than a dozen prestigious awards under her name, like three Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe, five NAACP Image Awards, a Drama Desk, etc.

ERICA GIMPEL – 57 YEARS

Erica Gimpel, a graduate from New York’s High School of Performing Arts is best known for her popular sitcoms like  “Fame” and “Profiler.” Apart from being a famous actress and dancer, she is also a singer and songwriter. Erica’s passion for acting ignited during her formal training in the Performing Arts’ Drama Department.

Her debut album “Spread Your Wings and Fly” became a super hit in CD Baby’s top albums chart. Gimpel is an Innovative Award laureate from the LA Femme International Film Festival and a member of the SGI-USA, an international peace organization. It would be fair to call her a distinguished artist.

Grace Jones (Age 73 Years)

Grace Jones has been a model, singer, and actor over the decades. She ranked 82nd on VH1’s 100 Greatest Women of Rock List in 1999, which is just one example of her achievements. As an artist that has inspired other artists like Lady Gaga or Rihanna with her work.

Grace also won the Q Idol Award 2008, giving even more proof of how great she really is! A major influence during the cross-dressing movement in the ’80s, Jones was also a stunning model. She began her modeling career in New York and eventually moved to Paris. While in Paris, she worked with fashion powerhouses like YSL and Kenzo.

Twiggy – Age 71

A master of different trades, Twiggy is an elegant model, TV personality, and melodious singer. She brought back the long lost trend of bob haircut and striking eye makeup. This fashionista earned the title of The Face of 1966, given to her by Daily Express. In the 1970s, she made her silver screen debut by appearing in The Boy Friend, Ken Russell’s Musical. She also got the chance to feature as a Next Top Model judge, a popular competition show for models.

Twiggy appeared big times on cover pages of leading fashion magazines. She became a modeling face for Spencer and Marks in 2005 and worked with Myleene Klass.

Marianne Faithfull – Age 74

An American singer, Marianne has several hit singles and albums on her name. Before thriving as a singer in 1964, Marianne used to sing in coffeehouses. The same year, she caught the attention of Andrew Loog Oldham at a party. Soon after the collaboration, she released a single called As Tears Go By. The song soon topped the charts and became a blockbuster.

Her album is Broken English, which she released after a little gap turned out to be a masterpiece. It topped various charts across the world. She even tried her luck in acting and became famous for her appearances in films. In 2009, she earned a Lifetime Achievement Award.
