Hollywood first noticed a gorgeous American actress with a bright smile, Karen, in 1978. She bagged one of her biggest roles in Animal House, National Lampoon’s film. Cassandra Peterson, as an actress, has shown incredible acting skills in Mistress of the Dark, playing the role of Elvira. For this role, she also got the Vincent Price Award at Hollywood Horror Festival. It is said that even in her childhood, Peterson had been quite fascinated by horror-themed toys instead of the barbie doll. After this role, she sky-rocketed to fame and appeared in several movies.

LYNN-HOLLY JOHNSON – 62 YEARS

Lynn-Holly Johnson is a former figure skater and actress. Her first role in the 1978 film “Ice Castles” introduced her to the industry along with a Golden Globe Awards nomination. As far as her figure skating is concerned, she won a silver medal in the U.S. Figure Skating Championship.

Johnson’s performance in “Ice Castles” got her another role in a Disney film. The film was “The Watcher In The Woods.” It was a supernatural horror film that was released in 1980. Lynn-Holly Johnson quit acting in 1996 to focus on her family. She made a comeback in 2007, but it was for a community theatre production.
