GOLDEN AGE STARS WHO ARE STILL ALIVE AND DOING GREAT AT RETIREMENT!

SIOBHAN FAHEY – AGE 63

Siobhan Fahey is an Irish singer and musician who was born on September 10, 1958, in Dublin, Ireland. She was a founding member of Bananarama, the 1980s British girl group. When she departed the band in 1987, her name was replaced with Jacquie O’Sullivan.

After leaving Bananarama, she formed Shakespears Sister with Marcella Detroit. They recorded two top 10 albums and a slew of top 40 hits, including the UK No. 1 hit Stay. She was formerly involved with Robert Hodgens, a.k.a. Bobby Bluebell, and together they wrote the pop hit Young at Heart. She married Dave Stewart in 1987, but sadly they called it quits in 1996.
