HARRY BELAFONTE – 94 YEARS
Harry Belafonte is one of the most popular Jamaican- American pop stars ever and got his breakthrough album titled “Calypso” in the year 1956. In his musical career, he has recorded and tried various genres like mento, pop, folk-world, etc. Harry is a recipient of three Grammy awards and also a lifetime achievement award.

His talent is not just limited to singing; the musician is also an actor and a social activist. Belafonte starred in his first film role in the year 1953 with the film “Bright Road.” Later, he was flooded with film offers, and he signed most of them.

GLADYS KNIGHT – 73 YEARS
Knight was born in Atlanta and is the daughter of Merald Woodlow Knight Sr., a postal worker, and Sarah Elizabeth. She first achieved minor fame by winning “Ted Mack’s The Original Amateur Hour” TV show contest at the age of eight. Her notable songs include “There Will Never Be Another Love”, “Either Way I Lose”, “Go Away, Stay Away”, “Maybe Maybe Baby” and “If I Should Ever Fall in Love”.

Her bestsellers include, “At Home With Gladys Knight” and “Between Each Line of Pain and Glory: My Life Story”. In 2017, Knight helped raise $400,000 for the Children’s Learning Centres of Fairfield County.
MELANIE GRIFFITH – 64 YEARS
The Golden Globe Award-winning actress Melanie Griffith made her Broadway debut in the musical “Chicago” and received critical acclaim, especially by the New York Times theatre critic Ben Brantley. She rose to prominence soon after her incredible performances in “Something Wild,” and “Working Girl,”.



Interestingly, her film “Body Double” was a commercial failure, but Melanie earned the National Society of Film and Critics Award. Daniel Davis – Age 75

Loni Anderson – Age 75 Years

Angela Lansbury – 95 years
Angela Lansbury is another iconic Hollywood star from the Golden Age. This scintillating beauty was born in Regent Park, one of London’s most luxurious parks. When she turned 17, she had her original big break and a seven-year contract with Metro Goldwyn Mayer. Her first marriage to Richard Cromwell ended in divorce in 1946.

Despite that, she and her first husband remained close friends throughout their life.
