プロデューサー、女優、歌手のアリッサ・ミラノ。7歳の時に初めてカメラの前に立ち、コマーシャルに出演しました。ミラノは、『フーズ・ザ・ボス (原題：Who’s the Boss?)』の役で有名です。『ホール・パス/帰ってきた夢の独身生活＜1週間限定＞』や『ニューイヤーズ・イヴ』などのコメディ映画にも出演しています。アルバムリリース歴もあり、アメリカではプラチナムタイトルを受賞しました。
世界中の活動とハッキングの世界に対するイニシアチブであるハクティヴィストとしても有名です。『ザ・トーク (原題：The Talk)』や『プロジェクト・ラナウェイ (原題：Project Runway)』などの司会も務めています。最近では、ネットフリックスのコメディシリーズ『ウェット・ホット・アメリカン・サマー：あれから１０年』と『欲望は止まらない!』に出演しています。
