Die meisten Fans werden wohl sehr wenig über das Beziehungsleben von Frauke Ludowig wissen. Ganz im Kontrast zu ihrer RTL-Moderation „Exklusiv“, in welcher sie sich ausschließlich mit dem Leben der Stars beschäftigt, hält sie Ihre eigenes Beziehungsleben sehr privat. Bekannt ist, dass sie seit gut 20 Jaren mit Kai Roeffen liiert ist, auch wenn sie sich nur sehr selten in der öffentlichkeit zeigen. Kennengelernt haben sich die beiden auf einer Party 2001 in Berlin. Zwei Kinder haben sie mittlerweile auch. Bei zwanzig Jahren Beziehung und Kindern, werden die beiden wahrscheinlich auch gemeinsam alt werden!
