Fred “ReRun” Berry

Known for his role as Fred “Rerun” Stubbs, Fred was the star of the show, What’s Happening!!. He was also a street dancer and a pro at the 1970s dance step the slo-mo. In personal life, Fred was married six times, of which he married two partners twice.

In the ’90s, after he was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes, Fred became conscious of his health and lost more than 100 lbs, and gave up many lifestyle habits. This transformation also made him spiritually inclined, and he became a Baptist Minister. However, in 2003, while Fred was still recovering from a stroke, he took his last breath on October 21.
