Sunny Johnson
Sunny Sue Johnson is best known as the figure-skating beauty, Jeanie Szaboin, in the hottest movie of the 80’s – Flashdance. But apart from this romantic American drama flick, Sunny also featured in Charlie’s Angels, Dr. Heckyl and Mr. Hype, and The Night the Lights Went Out in Georgia, among other shows and movies.
However, she had a short-lived career as she passed away at 30 in June 1984. Johnson was found unconscious in her boyfriend, Archie Hahn’s home, and later doctors discovered that she had a ruptured aneurysm in her brain, and was put off life support the next day.
