Das Paar hat es innerhalb weniger Jahre geschafft, seine Ernährung so umzustellen, dass es zu einer neuen Lebensfilosofie der beiden geworden ist. Fette kommen da einfach nicht mehr auf den Speiseplan! Und das stört das Paar auch nicht, denn sie haben gemerkt, dass mehr Proteine und Gemüse helfen, ihr Gewicht zu halten. Ein Gericht hat es Danny da besonders angetan: Hühnerbrust in Zucchini. Das war so gut, dass er es war, der sich entschied, es bei seiner Frau auf Instagram zu posten und es Lexis “Green Chick” zu nennen. Lecker!
