Sport und gesunde Ernährung sind die beiden Wege, mit denen man es auf lange Sicht schafft, seine Ziele zu ereichen. Natürlich muss man dafür genug Ausdauer und Geduld mitbringen. Bei Lexi waren es ganze 10 Kilo im ersten Monat! Unglaublich. Sie selbst konnte es kaum glauben und war ganz begeistert. Auch bei Danny waren schon die ersten Kilos gepurzelt.
Diese Umstellung war mittlerweile schon zu einer Gewohnheit geworden und fiel dem Paar schon garnicht mehr schwer. Nich nur äusserlich fing man an, eine Veränderung zu bemerken, sondern auch in ihrer Laune. Das Paar lachte mehr als je zuvor!
