Hans Sigl – verlor 20 Kilo als er seine Ernährung umstellte
Der bekannte deutsche Schauspieler Hans Sigl den man aus der Serie Der Bergdoktor kennt hat laut eigenen Aussagen ganze 20 Kilogramm abgenommen. Aber auch optisch kann man dies eindeutig sehen. Der Darsteller erklärte selbst, dass es vor allem seine Ernährung war, die er umstellen musste. Zuvor war er ein eher sorgloser Esser, bevor er anfing für drei Monate auf Kohlenhydrate, Zucker und Alkohol verzichtete. Auch Fleisch ließ er weg. Dies wurde von seiner Frau, die auch oben abgelichtet ist, unterstützt, da diese selbst Vegetarierin ist. Am meisten vermisste er aber wohl eine ganz gewöhnliche Butterstulle. Das können wir nur allzu gut verstehen, aber es scheint sich wirklich ausgezahlt zu haben.
