Chethrin Schulze – 20 Kilo, Mit Laufband und Stepper
Über 20 Kilogramm hat das ehemalige Curvy Supermodel Chethrin Schulze abgenommen. Ihre Gewichtszunahme war das Ergebnis von keinem Sport, keinen Hobbys, aber dafür jeden Tag Süßigkeiten. Zunächst gibt die TV-Prominente Süßigkeiten auf, ebenso Zucker und Milchprodukte. Trinkt nur noch Wasser und macht große Verzichte.
Im Fitnessstudio trainiert sie fleißig auf dem Laufband und dem Stepper. Mithilfe von Cardio begann ihre Kilos zu purzeln. Jedoch beginnt sie die Eintönigkeit zu langweilen. In 2017 entdeckt sie Fitness-Boxing für sich. Deswegen geht sie nun mindestens dreimal die Woche ins Training. Heute fühlt sie sich wieder wohl in ihrer Haut.
