Patricia Blanco – 51 Kilogramm
Einfach Wahnsinn, wie sehr sich Patricia Blanco in den letzten Jahren verändert hat. Als sie im Jahr 2015 im Dschungelcamp auftauchte war sie noch deutlich dicker und eine blonde Lockenpracht auf dem Kopf. Jetzt ist von diesen Merkmalen kaum noch etwas übrig. Insgesamt 51 Kilogramm hat die Tochter von Roberto Blanco im letzten Jahr verloren. Von 115 Kilo speckte sie auf aktuell 64 Kilo ab – bei einer Körpergröße von 1,65 Metern ist dies eine erstaunliche Leistung. Sie selbst erklärte in Interviews, dass die Veränderung mental bedingt war. Danach ließ sie sich ein Magenband einsetzen und setzte zudem auf mehr Sport und führte eine Ernährungsumstellung um. Das Band alleine habe jedoch nicht zum Erfolg geführt. Das stetige Bewegen sei ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Erfolges und Patricia ist sehr glücklich, dass sie dies bisher hinbekommen hat.
