Ilka Bessin – 26 Kilo, Trotz fehlender Lust auf Sport
Die Stand-Up-Komikerin Ilka Bessin, bekannt für ihre Kunstfigur “Cindy aus Marzahn”, hat während der für sie sehr belastenden Lebensphase ihrer Arbeitslosigkeit 36 Kilo zugenommen. Zu dieser Zeit sei sie auch mal mehrere Tage lang nicht aufgestanden, wie sie als Gast in der Talkshow von Markus Lanz berichtete. Nach zwei Selbstmordversuchen ganz unten angekommen, bewarb sie sich bei einer Comedy-Talent-Show und gewann als Cindy den ersten Platz.
Als Grund für ihr Übergewicht nennt sie den Unwillen sich sportlich zu betätigen, es sei denn sie muss es tun. 26 Kilo hat die Comedy-Queen letztes Jahr durch einen starken Willen abgenommen und präsentierte ihren neuen Körper mit schlankerer Taille auf dem roten Teppich.
