Andrea Kiewel – 8 Kilogramm, Sport und Yoga
Die 56-Jährige Andrea Kiewel wird immer schlanker. Sie schafft das unter anderem mit viel Sport und Yoga. Auf dem Instagram-Account des „ZDF Fernsehgartens“ nimmt sie ihre Fans zu ihren Sportübungen mit. Denn Kiewel hat keinen eigenen Instagram-Account. Es dürfte den „Followern“ des ZDF-Accounts aufgefallen sein, dass Kiwi immer öfters Sport macht. Die ehemalige Leistungsschwimmerin hat abgenommen und ist so schlank wie noch nie. Sie hält sich mit einem abwechslungsreichen Trainings-Programm in Form. An manchen Tagen macht sie morgendliches Yoga, ein anderes Mal zeigt sie sich bei Schwimmübungen. Zusätzlich sehen wir die Blondine auch beim Muskel-Aufbau. Das alles scheint sich ausgezahlt zu haben: Andrea Kiewel sieht einfach umwerfend aus!
