Matthias Steiner – 45 Kilogramm, Ernährungsumstellung
Olympiasieger Matthias Steiner hat sich und sein Leben grundlegend verändert. Seit dem Gold-Triumph in Peking ist nicht nur einige Zeit vergangen, auch einige Kilos sind am Körper des einstigen Superschwergewichtlers geschmolzen. Der 34-Jährige, heutzutage auch aus verschiedenen TV-Werbesports bekannt, ist zwar immer noch kräftig, sieht dabei aber durchweg gesund aus. Er hat in einem Jahr ganze 45 Kilo abgenommen. Matthias Steiner bringt statt 150 Kilo heute 105 auf die Waage – und ist immer noch sehr muskulös. Dabei hat er dafür kein Geheimnis: Denn der frühere Leistungssportler hat mit einer Ernährungsumstellung und viel Sport abgespeckt. In seinem eigenen Buch erklärt er die elf Prinzipien, die ihm beim Abnehmen geholfen haben.
