Maria Sebaldt – Alter 91 Jahre
Maria Sebaldt ist eine Schauspielerin, die ihre Bekanntheit Auftritten in Serien wie “Ich heirate eine Familie” und “Die Wicherts von nebenan” ebenso wie im Film “Buddenbrooks” verdankt. Heutzutage lebt sie seit längerem in einem Altenpflegeheim, wo sie es genießt umsorgt zu werden. Nicht nur ist immer jemand da, um ihr zu helfen, sie wird auch bekocht und hat inzwischen sogar Freundschaften im Heim geknüpft. Dies hilft Maria auch dabei ihre gute Fitness und Agilität beizubehalten, weshalb sie sich laut eigener Aussage glücklich schätzt. Hinzu achtet sie darauf eine gesunde Ernährung zu haben und macht regelmäßig am Morgen Gymnastik. Diesem Ritual schreibt Maria ihre Gelenkigkeit selbst noch im hohen Alter zu.
