SABINE CHRISTIANSEN & NORBERT MEDUS – 13 YEARS

For almost ten years, Sabine Christiansen interviewed representatives of the various German parties, domestic and international heads of government, business leaders, experts from church and society, and opinion leaders and was long considered the “First Lady of German political talk”. In 2007, the ARD program named after her, “Sabine Christiansen”, was discontinued at the journalist’s own request after 447 episodes had been produced. At the time, Christiansen justified her decision with the desire to relocate the center of her life abroad. She now commutes between Paris, Berlin and Hamburg with her third husband Norbert Medus. The two have been married since 2008.
