Nicolas Cage is known for his love for extraordinary clothes but wait; there is more to it. Cage is also very fond of purchasing some historic properties. It includes two fairy tale castles which are centuries old! His former house is also an example of his real estate adventures. It is located in Pacific Heights, which is one of the costliest neighborhoods in San Francisco.

This three-story white Victorian house was also home to Werner Erhard, who lived there from 1973 to the mid-80s. The house lists for nearly $11 million and has Gothic-inspired features like a stone archway and a wrought-iron gate.

The romantic Tuscan-inspired home was designed in 1930 and features vintage light fittings, terra-cotta surfaces, and 18th-century tiles, all while retaining a modernized yet rustic feel. Inside the 10,500-square-foot property, there’s six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, a number of libraries and a total of nine fireplaces!

Rachael Ray has had a lucrative career as a TV chef on the Food Network. Following the success of her cooking show 30 Minute Meals, she has garnered some respectable earning, a large portion of which she chose to invest in real estate.

Together with her husband, actor John Cusimano, Rachael purchased a grand summer home in Southampton. To keep the interior tasteful and elegant, they outfitted the living areas entirely in white, and the property is resplendent with not one, but two kitchens.
