This couple’s marriage has been proof that some unions last forever. Apart from being an amazing performer, director, and producer, Denzel Washington is a doting father and a caring husband. Denzel and Pauletta met on the sets of Wilma in 1977 and began dating just a couple of months later.
When Denzel proposed to Pauletta, she turned down the proposal twice and accepted on the third attempt and finally got married in 1983. While they have been together for more than three decades, their secret to a successful marriage is companionship. However, he believes that you need to make some really strong decisions to make a relationship last this long!
