The first supermodel, Jean Shrimpton, had all eyes on her when she was young. With striking eyes and a signature mini-skirt, the beauty definitely got the media hooked with her iconic look. She appeared on various magazine covers, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Glamour, Elle. In 2009, Harper’s Bazaar named Shrimpton as one of the 26 best models ever.
The doe-eyed celebrity, known for her mod haircut and rising to worldwide recognition in the ’60s at only age 17, used her popularity and voice to combat social injustice. These days she has stayed under the radar since 2011, only pictured in Cornwall with fans getting few glimpses of the gorgeous star.
