Dit jaar vierden ze hun 14e jaar samen. Vanaf de eerste keer dat ze elkaar ontmoetten, wisten ze allebei zeker dat dit de ware voor hen was. Baz Smit trok Nicolette’s aandacht in het restaurant waar zij toen werkte en had een verhouding met de eigenaar. Dat was voordat ze een beroemd actrice en TV-presentatrice werd. Inmiddels heeft het stel twee prachtige dochters, Kiki Kate en Laura Lilly, die stilletjes hun leven delen en onlangs prachtige foto’s van hun relatie op het social netwerk Instagram weten te plaatsen.
