Her outstanding performance ranks her at number six on the all-time heptathlete list. Johnson Thompson also holds the British record for the women’s pentathlon, earning gold at the 2015 and 2019 European Indoor Championships. Her talent was recognized early on, as she was nominated for the European Athletics Rising Star Award in September 2012 and achieved fifth place at the 2013 World Championships. Additionally, she received the Lillian Board Memorial Award at the 2012 British Athletics Writers Association Awards.

Under the guidance of Coach Mick Zisti at Cherrybrook Athletic Club, Michelle honed her skills from a young age. Notably, she broke the national record in the women’s sprint medley relay at the Australian Junior Championship in 2010 and claimed first place in the under 20 category at the same tournament in 2011.

Christina Vukicevic- Hurdles

Christina Vukicevic, a former Norwegian hurdler, followed in the footsteps of her coach and father, with her brother also excelling in the same sport. She made her mark early on, securing a gold medal at the 2003 European Youth Summer Olympics Festival in Paris. This success was followed by a silver medal at the 2005 European Junior Championship in Kaunas.

In her senior global debut at the 2007 World Championships, Christina achieved a personal best time of 13.07 seconds. She further impressed the world by lowering her record to 13.05 seconds in the 2008 Olympic Games held in Beijing, garnering significant attention and acclaim.

Tanith Jessica Louise Belbin White, a Canadian-American ice dancer and Olympic host for NBC Sports, discovered her passion for ice skating at the age of three and began ice dancing at nine. She further pursued her passion by excelling as both a pair skater and ice dancer. Partnered with Benjamin Agosto, Tanith achieved remarkable accomplishments. They earned a silver medal in the 2006 Olympics, became four-time World medalists and three-time Four Continents Champions from 2004 to 2006, and secured five consecutive US championships from 2004 to 2008.In 2014, Tanith got engaged to her long-term boyfriend, Charlie White, and they exchanged vows on April 25, 2015. Two years later, they celebrated the arrival of their baby boy. Alongside her successful ice dancing career, Tanith has made a name for herself as an Olympic host and continues to contribute to the world of figure skating.
