Beautiful Football Fans

PORTUGAL

While other fans try to be quiet and reserved during games, the Portuguese fans are anything but silent. They love to get wild and crazy, often cavorting on the pitch or even fighting with each other in celebration. This was especially evident at the 2018 World Cup, where Carlos Brum and Pedro Lobotomy drove 7000 kilometers from Lisbon to Russia to cheer on their team.

Thanks to this passion, the Portuguese team was ranked sixth in the FIFA men’s ranking in 2018 and had dropped to ninth as of October 2022. With such passionate fans always ready to get into the game, Portugal is definitely looking forward to the next World Cup!

POLAND

While Poland’s performance deserved attention, it was this lady who stole the show. With a vibrant outfit and gorgeous hair, she cheered on her team with enthusiasm. She was an infectious presence, and her enthusiasm was sure to light up any stadium.

Although the Polish team has competed in seven FIFA World Cup editions since its first appearance in 1938 but has never managed to win the coveted trophy. Despite their lack of success, this woman proved that there is more than one way to be passionate about your country and sport – we can all learn something from her!

SOUTH AFRICA

South Africa is a stunning country that offers fantastic natural attractions, world-renowned cultural sites, and world-class sporting events. From the lush, green fields of Curitiba to the vibrant, colorful cityscapes of Johannesburg and Cape Town, the country has something for everyone.

Another scene that really stands out is the incredible enthusiasm shown by South Africans everywhere you look. The country’s national team has recently made a big comeback, and fans are cheering them on loudly and celebrating in stands like this pretty fan. It’s clear that she’s proud of them and excited about their chance to compete at the World Cup.

AUSTRALIA

Australian National soccer team fans are known for their enthusiastic support. This intensity can be seen in the stands and on the field alike. Many of these fans have traveled to see their team play in distant places such as Brazil, South America, and Asia. For these hard-core supporters, nothing is more important than cheering on their team to victory.

The Aussies were 41st in the 2018 FIFA men’s ranking, but with just four qualifying games remaining and a chance at an unlikely appearance in the quarter-finals, they ranked 38th as of October 2022. Despite their low standing, many Aussie fans attended matches anyways, just like the woman in here!

ITALY

The Tifosi, or Italian football fans, are some of the most die-hard supporters in the world. They’ve cheered for one of the most successful national teams ever to play soccer – and it’s paid off handsomely. The Italians have won four FIFA World Cup titles, two European Championships, and probably more second and third positions than any other team in the world. It’s no wonder Tifosi put the fan into fanaticism.

Italy’s team, commonly known as the “Azzurri,” last won a World Cup title in 2006. They placed 2nd in the 2006 FIFA men’s rankings. In 2022, they were placed 6th on the list. Italy’s fan base is still passionate about the representation of its country on the world stage.

NETHERLANDS

The Dutch are well-known for their use of the color orange, which has served as the country’s national color for many years. The hue was derived from the House of Orange-Nassau, a Dutch royal family, and was also prominently featured in the name of the national soccer team. In fact, it’s so popular that it’s even featured in the country’s currency!

Orange color is beloved by legions of fans who often sport matching outfits to significant matches. As the Netherlands national football team qualified for the World Cup in 2022, this fan showed her patriotism and support by dressing in the same orange color as her country’s team.

USA

When the World Cup started a few weeks ago, many Americans were eager to see the teams they had been rooting for compete. Before the tournament even started, American soccer fans were out in full force buying up tickets. They purchased the most tickets for the 2018 World Cup, trailing only Russia, the host country.

Even after having lackluster results in recent years, American fans remain passionate about their national team. This ardent support is seen in the team’s strong showing at major tournaments such as the World Cup, where even a loss to Belgium displayed the unbroken American spirit. In October 2022, the American men’s national team placed 16th in the FIFA men’s ranking, a better position than the 27th it placed in 2014.
