이정재 – 배우 – 약 300억
이정재는 대한민국의 배우이다. 가난한 환경에서 성장한 이정재는 동국대학교 연극학과를 졸업한 다양한 작품에 출연하다가 드라마 <모래시계>에서 보디가드 백재희 역을 맡아 대중적인 인기를 끌었고, <태양은 없다>를 찍으면서 배우로서도 최고의 영광인 청룡영화제 남우주연상을 수상하기도 했다.
한편 수상 이후 오랜 기간 흥행을 하지 못하고 있던 이정재는 <도둑들>, <신세계> 등에서 매력적인 중년 역할을 통해 완벽하게 부활했으며, 영화 <관상>, <암살> 등을 통해서 연타석 흥행을 해냈다.
특히나 2021년에는 넷플릭스 오리지널 시리즈 ‘오징어 게임’에 정리해고와 사업실패로 벼랑끝에 몰린 가장 성기훈 역을 하면서 전세계적인 인기를 끌고있다.
이정재의 재산은 약 300억으로 추정된다. 2011년 47억에 매입한 빌딩을 82억에 매각해 약 35억의 시세차익을 챙긴 이정재는 정우성과 함께 공동명의로 서울 강남구 청담동에 빌딩을 매입했는데, 상기 빌딩의 가격은 약 330억 정도로 추정된다.
