Golden Age Stars Who Are Still Alive And Doing Great At Retirement!

KELLY LYNCH – 62 YEARS

Many great actors are born on the runway, and Kelly Lynch started there too. The star got hired by the Elite Modelling Agency as a model, where she gained fame for having quite the beauty and grace. Lynch then began signing deals for minor roles on TV before landing on her break-out Hollywood project in 1988’s feature film titled Cocktail.

More massive roles followed that in movies like Road House and Dr**store Cowboy, for which she received accolades too. What is fascinating is that even in her sixties, Kelly hasn’t retired yet. Well, what can we say when she is still a delightful sight on the big screen!

Angela Lansbury – 95 years

Angela Lansbury is another iconic Hollywood star from the Golden Age. This scintillating beauty was born in Regent Park, one of London’s most luxurious parks. When she turned 17, she had her original big break and a seven-year contract with Metro Goldwyn Mayer. Her first marriage to Richard Cromwell ended in divorce in 1946.

Despite that, she and her first husband remained close friends throughout their life.

Other than this, she has worked in two Broadway plays during her East Coast Tour. Furthermore, her role as a controlling mother in Blue Hawaii was the top-grossing hit of all time. It helped her pass through the rocky phase in her career and helped her regain popularity.
