Some homes hit a high note, and this one plays the encore. Adele, the soul-stirring singer-songwriter who took the world by storm with “Hello” and “Easy on Me,” purchased Sylvester Stallone’s Italianate mansion in Beverly Park, Los Angeles, in 2022 for about £47 million.
The grand estate, built initially by Sylvester in the 1990s, sprawls over 3.5 acres and includes eight bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a two‑storey foyer, a cinema, and a gym. There’s a separate guest house and sweeping terraces with an infinity pool and putting green. Interestingly, Adele insisted Sylvester’s Rocky statue remain by the pool, adding a charming nod to the home’s starry past.
