Victoria Principal jest przede wszystkim znana widzom z niezapomnianej roli Pameli Ewing z kultowego serialu Dynastia.
Nie każdy jednak wie, jak bardzo przedsiębiorczą jest osobą. A koniec lat 80-tych był dla niej bardzo pracowitym okresem. W 1987 roku aktorka założyła firmę Victoria Principal Production, która zajmowała się głównie produkcją filmów telewizyjnych.
Oprócz tego Victora wydała wiele bestsellerów związanych z tematyką urody i pielęgnacji cery. W 1989 roku stworzyła serię kosmetyków pod nazwą Principal Secret.
Jakby tego było mało, aktora od 2012 roku zarządza ranczem w Los Angeles, które zajmuje się pomocą w ratowaniu i rehabilitacji maltretowanych zwierząt.
